Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using Zeniq. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. What Zeniq is
Zeniq is an online AI workspace that provides access to AI chat, image generation, and video generation tools, with folders to organize your work. Features and available AI models may change over time.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate registration information and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Zeniq.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Zeniq to generate or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, harmful, deceptive, or that violates the acceptable-use policies of the underlying AI providers. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, attempt to circumvent usage limits, or place unreasonable load on shared resources.
4. Plans, billing, and fair use
Zeniq offers a free plan and paid plans billed monthly through our payment processor. Paid plans may include a free trial period; if you do not cancel before the trial ends, your chosen plan begins and your payment method is charged. Paid plans renew automatically each month until cancelled.
Managed plans operate under fair-use limits to keep the service sustainable and affordable. We may throttle, pause, or require an upgrade for usage that materially exceeds normal individual use. Heavy users are encouraged to use the “bring your own API key” (BYO) option.
5. Bring your own API key (BYO)
On BYO plans, generation runs through an API key you provide from a third-party AI provider. You are responsible for your own provider account, its costs, and compliance with that provider’s terms. Zeniq is not responsible for charges you incur with your own provider.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you create with Zeniq, subject to the terms of the underlying AI providers. You are responsible for how you use generated content. AI output can be inaccurate or unsuitable — review it before relying on it.
7. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. See our Refund Policy for how cancellation and billing periods work.
8. Service availability & changes
We aim to keep Zeniq available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and we rely on third-party AI providers whose availability we do not control.
9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
Zeniq is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zeniq and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new “last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
