This Privacy Policy explains what information Zeniq collects, how we use it, and your choices.
1. Information we collect
- Account information — your name, email address, and password (stored securely).
- Content you create — the prompts you enter and the chats, images, and videos you generate, so we can provide and organize your workspace.
- Billing information — handled by our third-party payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
- Usage and technical data — basic logs (e.g. login times, feature usage, error data) used to operate and improve the service.
2. How we use your information
To provide and maintain the service, process payments, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, and — if you opt in — send you product updates and a newsletter. You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time.
3. AI providers & how generation works
When you generate content, your prompts are sent to third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI, OpenRouter, or Google/Gemini for chat, and FAL AI for images and video) to produce the output. Their handling of that data is governed by their own privacy policies. On BYO plans, requests are sent to your provider under your own API key.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with the service providers needed to run Zeniq (hosting, payment processing, AI providers) and where required by law.
5. Data retention
We keep your account and content while your account is active. If you delete content or close your account, we remove it within a reasonable period, except where we must retain records for legal or accounting reasons.
6. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No online service can be guaranteed 100% secure, so please use a strong, unique password.
7. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact us to make a request.
8. Children
Zeniq is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy; material changes will be posted here with a new “last updated” date.
